Teachers, whether they have spent 1 year or 30 years in a classroom, they are making a difference in a child’s life path.  It is said that “Men and women are not born to greatness; they are nurtured to this position by great teachers”.  If this is true, then teaching is not only extremely challenging but very rewarding as well.

We need to create a culture of appreciation for what teachers do and how they help mould the minds of our children and our future leaders.  We at esiKidz.com childcare software realize the challenges that teachers face every day, and we have developed solutions for those challenges.  We have developed a separate “Classroom” portal that will assist the teachers in their everyday duties so that the teacher can spend more time with the children and less time on paperwork.

What can you do to make sure your teachers feel appreciated?  You can do some of the following:

  • Little gifts at the end of the year are always appreciated, but what the teachers really like is a homemade card with some shared positivity of how the teacher has helped the student to grow and prosper.
  • Ask the Teacher what they would like to have in their classroom and then as a group of parents, try and arrange for it to become reality.
  • Become a parent partner with the teacher, volunteer to help them with everyday mundane duties, such as photocopying, book sorting, cleaning up arts supplies, etc., so that the teacher can concentrate on her lessons.

If you would like to view our Classroom portal, our Admin Portal and our Parent Portal, then please visit our website at www.esikidz.com childcare software, email adele.fussi@esihome-tech.com or call us at 778 552 7133 and we would love to give you a demonstration and a 30-day free trial of this amazing childcare software that is revolutionizing the childcare industry.
